Application technology

Our technical center and lab allows us and you as our customer the targeted development of new products and product innovations. We also accept laboratory requests and provide you with a detailed lab report.

Some of the possibilities

• Laboratory rolling mills;
  small sampling of amounts from 200 g
• CM presses from 10 to closing pressure;
  creation of test sheets (thickness 2 mm) and test strips (thickness 2 and 6 mm)
• Rheometric data acquisition;
  illustration of curing, review of additive effects, inhibitors, etc.
• Material testing including thermal chamber;
  determination of mechanical properties, use of pressure plates for compression tests, creation of various diagrams (e.g. stress-strain curves), thermal chamber allows the data acquisition in a temperature range of -70 - +280°C
• Laboratory furnaces;
  post curing tests, heat aging, oil contact bearings at elevated temperatures
